MOSCOW, June 21 (Itar-Tass) - The electric substation Semyonovskaya in southwestern Moscow was knocked out early on Tuesday, leaving without the electricity supply five city districts, an official of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, Viktor Beltsov, told Itar-Tass.
