ho una domanda riguardante la recente legge sugli esami medici obbligatori.
Se uno straniero:
-è entrato in Russia con un visto di lavoro molto prima del 29.12.2021
-e non ha mai lasciato e rientrato in Russia dopo il suo primo arrivo
Deve comunque fare il test ora prima di febbraio o può aspettare dopo la prossima volta che lascerà e rientrerà in Russia?
Ho davvero bisogno di una risposta sicura al 300% da qualcuno che l'ha chiesto all'ufficio immigrazione. Ho trovato questa risposta da una fonte ufficiale (non se posso postate il link qui nel caso lo faccio), ma vorrei un'ulteriore conferma:

For such foreign citizens, the need for mandatory procedures arises upon subsequent entry into the Russian Federation in accordance with the general procedure.
However, due to the fact that the mandatory state fingerprint registration and photographing are carried out by the internal affairs bodies once with the issuance of a supporting document that does not have an expiration date, foreign citizens who entered the territory of the Russian Federation before December 29, 2021 are entitled to undergo this procedure in advance without waiting for the fact of departure from the Russian Federation and subsequent entry.”
