But this time it is not about rich eastern countries, the sketches present us what Russian Sochi will see in just a couple of years. Artificial islands and high buildings on piles, up above the watery waste will emerge in the Black sea in just a few years. Each of the projects – Pier-Hotel, Catamaran, Sea-Star, Olympic Island and Southern Outpost – has its own proportions and level of detail. The upcoming Olympic Games want Russian architects make the best of what they can. The authors of the project, “A.Asadov architectural studio”, think that the nature beauty of the resort will be completely kept as it is even with all these new structures. The architectures are going to apply eco-technologies and use alternative energy sources while implementing the plan. Nel corso dell’incontro che ha avuto luogo a Berna è stato discusso l’andamento dei preparativi per i Giochi Olimpici-2014. Vi hanno partecipato anche funzionari russi responsabili dei preparativi per le Olimpiadi ed imprenditori che hanno ottenuto le commesse per la costruzione di varie strutture a Sochi. Essi hanno parlato di come vengono realizzati i progetti. Jacques Rogue, a sua volta, ha ringraziato la Russia per il grande contributo apportato allo sviluppo del Movimento olimpico. Gli esperti del Comitato Olimpico internazionale sono soddisfatti, noi invece no. Al momento si sta lavorando su tutti e 45 gli impianti previsti. Putin ha inoltre denunciato che i costi di costruzione devono essere riportati agli standard esistenti nel mondo mentre – egli ha sottolineato – da noi sono piu’ elevati perche’ legati a regolamenti degli anni ’50. Egli ha dato incarico alla Vneshekonombank di creare degli incentivi per gli investitori stranieri.
