UKRAINE LOOSENING ENTRY RULES FOR ALIENS
     Ukraine  has  begun  to  loosen  its  entry regulations for aliens,
mainly Europeans,  Oleh  Rybachuk, who was appointed on Friday as deputy
prime minister  in  charge  of  European  integration, told reporters on
Saturday.
     He   said   President   Viktor   Yushchenko   had  already  ordered
liberalizing entry rules before the Eurovision contest.
     "We'll  change the visa regime for aliens, not for the entire world
possibly,  but  Europeans  won't  have any problems with Ukrainian entry
visas in  time  for  Eurotour  or Eurovision," the deputy prime minister
said.
